Job Summary
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs, conducting functional and skills assessments to establish behavior intervention plans and treatment goals. Provide clinical supervision to RBTs, monitor client progress through data review, and make evidence-based treatment modifications. Deliver parent and caregiver training while collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure ethical care aligned with BACB standards. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical training. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACBA)
- VA LBA
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical, evidence-based care
