Job Summary

Conduct assessments, write progress reports, and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans. Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs while monitoring client progress and analyzing treatment data. Provide caregiver coaching, perform functional behavior assessments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, work-from-home days, and no weekend requirements for home-based positions, or structured clinic support with no nights or weekends for center-based staff. Current BCBA certification and a Master's degree are required. Key Autism Services supports clinical excellence through peer mentorship, internal CEUs, and dedicated support teams for administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification
  • LABA certification where required by state
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
  • Reliable transportation
  • Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
