Job Summary
Conduct assessments, write progress reports, and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans. Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs while monitoring client progress and analyzing treatment data. Provide caregiver coaching, perform functional behavior assessments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes. This role offers flexible scheduling, work-from-home days, and no weekend requirements for home-based positions, or structured clinic support with no nights or weekends for center-based staff. Requires current BCBA certification, LABA certification where required, a Master's degree, and the ability to obtain Safety Care Specialist certification. Key Autism Services supports clinicians through peer mentorship, internal CEUs, and dedicated administrative teams to reduce burdens and focus on clinical care.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- LABA certification where required by state
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration
- Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
