Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Part Time

Job Summary

Conduct assessments and reassessments, write progress reports, and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans. Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs while monitoring client progress and analyzing treatment data. Provide caregiver coaching and parent support, and conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes. Requires current BCBA certification, LABA certification where required, a master's degree, and Safety Care Specialist certification. Flexible scheduling, work-from-home days, and no nights or weekends for home-based roles.

Required Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification
  • LABA certification where required by state
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
