Job Summary

Conduct assessments, write progress reports, and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians while monitoring client progress and analyzing treatment data. Provide caregiver coaching and parent support, and conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes through ongoing case consultation and peer mentorship. Requires current BCBA certification, LABA certification where required, and a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or Special Education.

Required Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification
  • LABA certification where required by state
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
  • Reliable transportation
  • Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
