Job Summary

Conduct assessments, write progress reports, and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians while monitoring client progress and analyzing treatment data. Provide caregiver coaching, conduct functional behavior assessments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes. This role requires current BCBA certification, a Master's degree, and LABA certification where applicable. Flexible scheduling options are available for both center-based and home-based positions, with no weekend requirements for center staff. Key Autism Services offers dedicated support for administrative tasks and internal CEUs to help clinicians focus on clinical care and client outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification
  • LABA certification where required by state
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
