Job Summary
Conduct initial and yearly comprehensive assessments using tools like ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP with RBT support. Provide direct treatment, supervise supervisees, and maintain an ABA caseload in the Spartanburg center. Complete daily documentation, treatment plans, and weekly progress updates via our EMR system. Collaborate with multidisciplinary therapists including OT, PT, and SLP, while providing caregiver education and training. Participate in the mentorship network and work with practicum students.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification (candidates who have completed graduate coursework and fieldwork supervision requirements are encouraged to apply)
- Master's degree
- Experience working with neurodivergent populations (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder) or those with developmental disabilities and complex behavioral support needs
- Supervisory experience with RBTs/technicians is preferred
- Strong collaboration skills with a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to make frequent, data-driven decisions for meaningful and personalized progress
- Effective and professional communication skills for education and training of caregivers and supervisees
- A Masters or Doctorate degree in ABA or other qualifying degree in accordance with the BACB while maintaining an active national BCBA Certificate
