Job Summary
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll observe consumers, collect data, and create graphs to measure progress. Responsibilities include creating and monitoring Behavior Plans, conducting training in Behavior Management, and reviewing the effectiveness of plans. You must demonstrate knowledge about the role of psyche medication and understand the impacts of stressful life events. Advocacy skills and the ability to provide support while establishing clear limits are essential. A valid BCBA certification and driver's license are required.
