Job Summary
Conduct assessments, develop effective treatment plans, and adjust them to facilitate child growth while meeting with families and educators to understand presenting concerns. Supervise BT/RBTs and ensure appropriate documentation of progress, completing authorizations as needed for clients. Maintain a caseload supporting 118 billable hours monthly and 720 BT hours monthly. This full-time salaried role in Monroe requires current BCBA Certification and NY-LBA.
