Job Summary
Provide intensive ABA therapy with a low caseload (20-25 weekly billable hours) and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Develop and write detailed treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs; coordinate with families to provide training and updates on progress. Schedule and manage RBT hours to ensure efficient service delivery; monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting plans as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, assessments, and progress reports. Work from home with flexible hours and in-person client visits as needed; serve clients in Utah and Salt Lake counties with geographic-caseload optimization over time. Use company-provided MacBook and phone; mileage reimbursement for visits.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Utah
- BACB certification
- 1 year experience supervising RBTs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with flexible schedule
- Background check clearance
- Reliable transportation to client homes and clinic in Weber/Davis county area
