Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) delivers and supervises behavior-analytic services for 6–8 clients with 16–20% supervision time, co-treats with SLPs/OTs/PTs and families, writes and monitors individualized, assent-based treatment plans, conducts assessments and intakes, mentors RBTs and newer BCBAs, and collaborates across multi-disciplinary teams to implement data-driven, neuro-affirming intervention plans using tools like ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, and Vineland; setting includes in-person work in Arlington Heights, IL with a focus on bridging clinical work to classroom readiness through collaborative care and measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- licensed in IL and in good standing
- ability to supervise RBTs
- experience with autism and developmental needs
