Job Summary
Lead the design and implementation of individualized behavioral and skill-acquisition programs using evidence-based ABA practices for students ages 5–21. Collaborate with school teams to assess needs, create treatment plans, monitor progress, analyze data, and guide staff in applying ABA methods. Provide clinical supervision and coaching to behavior technicians and school staff, participate in treatment planning and multidisciplinary meetings, and ensure ABA documentation and data collection meet professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field
- Active BCBA and COBA credentials
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and writing treatment plans
- Strong data analysis, consultation, and clinical supervision skills
- Ability to model professionalism and mentor staff pursuing certification
