Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based ABA services as a BCBA, supervising direct care staff and implementing individualized behavioral interventions. Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans; create and implement interventions based on BSPs including environmental arrangement, proactive behavioral strategies, and acquisition of functional skills; reduce maladaptive behaviors. Deliver caregiver training, supervise RBTs/Behavioral Assistants, ensure timely progress notes and data collection, monitor service authorization timelines, engage in crisis prevention/intervention, and maintain adherence to policies and ethical standards. Role involves collaborating with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams across in-home, in-community, and in-center settings; part-time schedule with caseload up to 35–40 hours per week; compensation $70.00–$85.00/hour; dynamic clinical environment with opportunities for professional growth and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
