Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based ABA services as a BCBA, overseeing direct care staff and implementing individualized behavioral interventions. Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans, create and implement interventions based on the client’s BSPs (including environmental arrangement and proactive behavioral strategies), support acquisition of functional skills (ADLs), and reduction of maladaptive behaviors. Deliver direct supervision and coaching to RBTs and Behavioral Assistants; provide caregiver training and support; ensure timely completion of progress notes, data collection, and reports; monitor service authorization timelines and compliance; engage in crisis prevention, recognition, and intervention; maintain adherence to agency policies and ethical standards; participate in ongoing training and professional development. Services are provided in-home, in-community, and in-center; you will work with clients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote meaningful skill development.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are welcome
