Job Summary
Part-time BCBA providing in-home and community ABA services for male clients with autism in North Brunswick, NJ. Responsibilities include overseeing direct care staff, conducting FBAs, developing and implementing BSP-based interventions, environmental arrangement and proactive behavioral strategies, acquisition of functional skills including ADLs, reducing maladaptive behaviors, supervising RBTs/behavioral assistants, caregiver training, and ensuring data collection and timely progress notes. Requires BCBA certification and NJ license (or eligibility), Master’s degree, at least 2 years of experience with autism, valid NJ driver’s license, and ability to pass background checks. Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are welcome. Competitive hourly rate $70.00–$85.00 with a caseload of up to 35–40 hours/week; benefits include health coverage, PTO, disability coverage, AFLAC, and professional growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
