Job Summary
Part-time BCBA sought to provide in-home, in-community, and in-center ABA services in Princeton, NJ. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and BSPs, supervising direct care staff (RBTs/Behavioral Assistants), delivering caregiver training, ensuring data collection and progress notes, and coordination with a multidisciplinary team. Requires active BCBA, NJ license (or eligibility), Master’s degree, and minimum 2 years’ experience with autism; valid NJ driver’s license and background checks. Duties emphasize leadership, compassionate care, and adherence to ethical practices; caseload up to 35–40 hours per week with competitive hourly compensation and benefits. Bilingual Spanish speakers are welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
