Job Summary
Part-time BCBA providing in-home, community-based, and center-based ABA services in Hudson County. Oversees direct care staff, conducts FBAs, develops and implements individualized treatment plans and interventions based on client BSPs, and supports acquisition of functional skills while reducing maladaptive behaviors. Delivers caregiver training, ensures timely data collection and progress notes, and monitors service authorization timelines. Provides direct supervision and coaching to RBTs and Behavioral Assistants; works with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote meaningful skill development and adherence to ethical standards. Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are welcome and collaboration with a dynamic clinical team is emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
