Job Summary
BCBA will provide in-home and community-based ABA services to male clients with moderate to severe autism, oversee direct care staff, and implement individualized behavioral interventions. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing treatment plans, creating and implementing BSP-based interventions (environmental arrangement, proactive strategies, acquisition of functional skills including ADLs, reduction of maladaptive behaviors), providing direct supervision and coaching to RBTs/Behavioral Assistants, caregiver training, ensuring timely progress notes and data collection, monitoring service authorization timelines, crisis prevention/intervention, adherence to policies/ethics, ongoing professional development, and delivering services in-home, in-community, and in-center.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are welcome
