Job Summary
Contract BCBA opportunity in Boca Raton, FL providing ABA services across homes, schools, and community settings. Responsibilities include administering and supervising behavioral and functional assessments, developing individualized goals and behavior support plans, training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians and Program Coordinators, overseeing data collection and reporting systems, and maintaining professional documentation and communication. Requires a Master’s degree and BCBA certification, with at least two years of experience working with individuals with ASDs, strong knowledge of behavior-analytic therapies, staff training experience, and ability to work collaboratively within a team. This is a 1099 contractor role with a flexible schedule, offering up to $50-$70 per hour, sign-on bonus, monthly incentives, and ongoing professional development opportunities. Notable duties include caregiver/teacher training, regular supervision meetings, and maintaining billable hours in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, social work, speech-language pathology, or related field required
- BCBA certification and/or licensed professional
- At least two years of experience serving individuals with ASDs or related diagnoses
- Strong knowledge of behavior-analytic therapies
- Experience with staff training and supervision
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Criminal background screening clearance
