Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Mindful Sprouts, you will deliver ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings, conduct behavioral evaluations, develop individualized goals and behavior support plans, and supervise Behavioral Technicians and Program Coordinators. Responsibilities include administering and supervising behavioral and functional assessments, training caregivers and teachers, ensuring data collection and reporting systems are properly maintained, maintaining client records and billable hours, participating in professional meetings, and collaborating with the Clinical Director to support client progress. Requirements include a Master’s degree in a related field, BCBA certification and/or licensure, 1+ year of experience with individuals with ASDs, strong knowledge of behavior-analytic therapies, staff-training experience, excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, and successful completion of a criminal background screening.
