Job Summary
BCBA contract role in Coral Springs, FL delivering individualized ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings. Responsible for conducting behavioral and functional assessments, developing and supervising behavior support plans, training RBTs and program coordinators, maintaining documentation and billable hours, and collaborating with the Clinical Director. Requires a Master’s degree and BCBA certification, 2+ years of ASD-related experience, staff training/supervision experience, strong writing/communication skills, team collaboration, and a background check; offers a flexible independent-contractor arrangement with competitive hourly pay and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, social work, speech-language pathology, or related field
- BCBA certification and/or licensed professional
- At least two years of experience serving individuals with ASDs or related diagnoses
- Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior-analytic therapies
- Experience with staff training and supervision
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well as part of a team
- Successfully passed a criminal background screening
