Job Summary
Join Mindcolor as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team delivering high-quality, individualized ABA care. You will contribute to a collaborative, supportive leadership environment with protected time for clinical work, supervise RBTs, and advance clinically through pathways including Senior BCBA opportunities for clinicians certified for at least 3 years. The role emphasizes client-centric care, ethical practice, mentorship and ongoing clinical support, with a balanced schedule that wraps by 5:00 PM and limited late nights or weekends. Required Qualifications
