Job Summary
Conduct assessments and design individualized behavioral interventions for children with autism within partner childcare centers in McDonough, GA. Provide ABA services and behavioral consultation in natural environments, observing children to identify and address behavioral challenges early. Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while coaching childcare staff to promote classroom-wide success. Collaborate with educators to support children with ASD and other developmental challenges in inclusive settings. This role requires a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with strong clinical decision-making abilities and flexibility to commute between locations.
