Job Summary
Conduct assessments, write progress reports, and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans. Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs while monitoring client progress and analyzing treatment data. Provide caregiver coaching and parent support, and conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes. This role offers flexible scheduling, work-from-home days, and no weekend requirements for home-based positions, or structured clinic support with no nights or weekends for center-based staff. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $115,000+ with bonus opportunities and relocation assistance. Key Autism Services provides peer mentorship, internal CEUs, and dedicated support teams for administrative tasks to help clinicians focus on clinical care and client outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- LABA certification where required by state
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
