Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based ABA services as a Part-Time BCBA for a male client with autism in Union, NJ. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavioral assessments (FBAs), developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and interventions based on the client’s BSP, supervising and coaching RBTs/Behavioral Assistants, delivering caregiver training, and ensuring timely data collection, progress notes, and reports. Collaborate with caregivers and a multidisciplinary team, maintain adherence to policies and ethical standards, participate in ongoing training, and support services delivered in-home, in-community, and in-center. Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills are required; bilingual Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are welcome
