Job Summary
Part-time BCBA needed to provide in-home and community-based ABA services for male clients with autism in Somerset County, NJ. You will oversee direct care staff, conduct FBAs, develop and implement BSP-based interventions (including environmental arrangement, proactive strategies, and acquisition of functional skills/ADLs), supervise RBTs/Behavioral Assistants, deliver caregiver training, ensure data collection and progress reports, manage service authorization timelines, and engage in crisis prevention/intervention. Services are delivered in-home, in-community, and in-center, with a caseload up to 35–40 hours per week. Requires BCBA certification, NJ license (or eligibility), master’s degree in related field, 2+ years in autism, valid NJ driver's license, and ability to pass background checks. Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience with autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
