Job Summary
Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services to male clients with moderate to severe autism in Freehold, NJ. You will oversee direct care staff, conduct functional behavioral assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions, supervise RBTs and Behavioral Assistants, deliver caregiver training, ensure data collection and progress reports, monitor timelines, and participate in crisis prevention/intervention within home, community, and center settings. Collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams is required, with adherence to ethical standards and ongoing professional development. Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are welcome
