Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Male Provider Needed in Mercer County

Provide in-home and community-based ABA services to male clients with moderate to severe autism; supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavioral Assistants; conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans; implement interventions based on the client’s behavior support plan (BSPs) including environmental arrangement, proactive behavioral strategies, and acquisition of functional skills (including ADLs); deliver caregiver training and support; ensure timely completion of progress notes, data collection, and reports; monitor service authorization timelines and compliance; engage in crisis prevention, recognition, and intervention; maintain adherence to agency policies and ethical standards; participate in ongoing training and professional development; services provided in-home, in-community, and in-center; qualifications include active BCBA and NJ licensure (or eligibility), master’s degree, 2+ years’ experience with autism, valid NJ driver’s license; bilingual Spanish-speaking applicants welcome; part-time position with competitive hourly rate.
