Job Summary
BCBA part-time role providing in-home, community-based, and center-based ABA services to male clients with moderate to severe autism in Jersey City, NJ. You will supervise and coach RBTs/behavioral assistants, conduct FBAs, develop and implement BSPs, deliver caregiver training, ensure data collection and progress notes, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include proactive behavioral strategies, acquisition of functional skills (including ADLs), crisis prevention/intervention, and adherence to policies and ethical standards. Requires active BCBA, NJ license (or eligibility), Master’s degree, 2+ years of autism experience, and ability to travel locally; bilingual Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome. Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible)
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience with autism
- In-home/community-based ABA experience
- NJ Driver’s License and auto insurance
- Criminal background checks clearance
- Bilingual Spanish welcome
