Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based ABA services for male clients with autism, including conducting FBAs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and BSPs, supervising direct care staff (RBTs/Behavioral Assistants), and delivering caregiver training. Maintain data collection, progress notes, and reports; ensure service authorization timelines and ethical standards; engage in crisis prevention and intervention; collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote skill development. Must hold a BCBA and NJ license (or be eligible), have a Master's degree, and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; valid NJ driver’s license and background checks required; bilingual Spanish speakers are welcome. Part-time role offering 70.00–85.00/hour with a caseload up to 35–40 hours per week in East Orange, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
