Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Lead the implementation of behavior intervention strategies with a focus on measurable progress and meaningful outcomes. Analyze client data regularly and adjust treatment plans to ensure continued growth and success. Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to create consistent, supportive environments for each client. Provide hands-on training and supervision to RBTs and clinical staff to ensure quality and consistency of care. Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- New York LBA license and eMedNY Medicaid number (required)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges (required)
- Strong foundation in behavioral health, special education, and applied behavior analysis (required)
- Regular data-driven decision making and treatment planning (required)
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Education)
- Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Required)
- License/Certification: BCBA (Preferred)
