Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst / Licensed Behavior Specialist to provide IBHS services to children and youth ages 2-21 in home, school, and community settings. Responsibilities include maintaining connections with client families, completing skills and behavior assessments, creating and implementing individual treatment plans, supervising and conducting hands-on training of Behavior Technicians, collaborating with other therapies and service providers, and completing documentation required for insurance authorizations and billing. Candidates should have PA Behavior Specialist License with ABA coursework, BCBA preferred, at least 1 year of ABA experience, CPR/First Aid, and current clearances; Safety-Care certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- PA Behavior Specialist License with a minimum of 12 ABA credit-hours
- A minimum of one-year experience with the implementation of ABA treatment plans and data collection and analysis
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
