Job Summary
PRO ABA Services is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS) to provide IBHS services to children and youth ages 2-21 in home, school, and community settings in Archbald, PA. Responsibilities include maintaining connections with client families, completing skills and behavior assessments, creating and implementing individual treatment plans, supervising and training Behavior Technicians, collaborating with other therapies, and completing documentation for insurance authorizations and billing. Requires PA Behavior Specialist License with ABA coursework; BCBA preferred; minimum one year ABA experience; CPR and First Aid; clearances; Safety-Care a plus. Required Qualifications
- PA Behavior Specialist License with a minimum of 12 credit-hours of ABA coursework
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred
- A minimum of one-year experience with the implementation of ABA treatment plans and data collection and analysis
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Safety-Care certification is a plus
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
