Job Summary
Supervise and oversee all activities for behavior analytic services within Individual Service Plans, leading the development and implementation of behavior plans including functional assessments and treatment evaluations. Conduct ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming while coordinating clinical case review meetings. Serve as a behavior analysis expert to the Interdisciplinary Team, conducting and presenting research to internal and external audiences. Direct admission, transition, and discharge processes, and train Behavior Support Specialists. Work Monday to Friday daytime hours in our ABA Center of Excellence, where you will collaborate with nursing, psychiatry, and operational support to treat challenging behavior and build skills.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- minimum of two years of related experience with individuals with developmental disabilities
- BCBA certification
- New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis
