Job Summary
Supervise and oversee all activities for developing and implementing behavior analytic services within Individual Service Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans. Lead the development of behavior plans, including functional behavior assessments, preference assessments, and treatment evaluations. Conduct ongoing data review and analysis while coordinating clinical case review meetings to discuss individual needs. Serve as a behavior analysis expert to the Interdisciplinary Team, conduct research presentations, and train Behavior Support Specialists. Manage admission, transition, and discharge processes while supervising the implementation of ABA by specialists. Monday to Friday daytime hours with a competitive salary range of $80,340 - $94,666.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- minimum of two years of related experience with individuals with developmental disabilities
- BCBA certification
- New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis
