Job Summary
Supervise and oversee behavior analytic services within Individual Service Plans, leading the development and implementation of behavior plans including functional assessments and treatment evaluations. Conduct ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming while identifying training needs for staff. Manage team screening, admission, transition, and discharge processes, and coordinate clinical case review meetings. Serve as a behavior analysis expert to the Interdisciplinary Team and present research to internal and external audiences. Direct the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior and skill acquisition while supervising ABA Specialists. Monday to Friday daytime hours with full-time benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- minimum of two years of related experience with individuals with developmental disabilities
- BCBA certification
- New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in functional assessment and treatment development
- Prior management experience
