Job Summary
Supervise and oversee all activities associated with the development and implementation of behavior analytic services within Individual Service Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans. Lead the development of behavior plans, including functional behavior assessments, preference assessments, and treatment evaluations, while conducting ongoing data review to ensure effective programming. Direct assessment and treatment of challenging behavior and skill acquisition, serving as a behavior analysis expert to the Interdisciplinary Team. Manage Behavior Support Specialists, conduct clinical case review meetings, and present research to internal and external audiences. Monday to Friday daytime hours with a competitive salary range of $80,340 - $94,666.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- minimum of two years of related experience with individuals with developmental disabilities
- BCBA certification
- New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis
