Job Summary
Direct the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior for adults with acute behavioral challenges, including functional behavior analysis, preference assessments, and treatment evaluations. Supervise Behavior Support Specialists while conducting direct clinical work, overseeing team screening, admission, transition, and discharge processes. Lead clinical case review meetings to ensure proper data review and discuss individual needs, serving as a behavior analysis expert to the interdisciplinary team. Identify training needs and conduct trainings to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans, while conducting and presenting research to internal and external audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- minimum of two years of related experience with individuals with developmental disabilities
- BCBA certification
- New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in functional assessment and treatment development
- Prior management experience
