Job Summary
Lead the development and implementation of behavior plans, including functional behavior assessments, preference assessments, and treatment evaluations. Supervise and oversee all activities associated with Individual Service Plans, conducting data reviews to ensure effective programming. Manage Behavior Support Specialists while directing admission, transition, and discharge processes through team screening and clinical case review meetings. Serve as a behavior analysis expert to the Interdisciplinary Team and present research to internal and external audiences. Conduct direct clinical work and train staff within the Applied Behavior Analysis Center of Excellence. Monday to Friday daytime hours with a competitive salary of $80,340–$94,666.21.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- minimum of two years of related experience with individuals with developmental disabilities
- BCBA certification
- New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis
