Job Summary
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and developmental differences. Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans while providing direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians. Review client data regularly to evaluate progress, adjust programming, and collaborate with families, school teams, and outside providers to ensure continuity of care. Lead parent training sessions, maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA, and participate in team meetings and professional development initiatives. Support the Center Director on clinical matters within a collaborative, mission-driven environment serving thousands of children across 20+ states.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Active state licensure as a Behavior Analyst (where required) or eligibility to obtain
Desired Qualifications
- Experience delivering ABA therapy in a center-based setting
