Job Summary
The BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) is responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing evidence-based behavior plans, and ensuring the effective implementation of treatment plans. The role requires collaboration with clients, families, and other service providers, along with the supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians. Key responsibilities include performing direct and indirect assessments, managing documentation, and evaluating treatment effectiveness. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a related field, maintain BCBA certification, and demonstrate strong communication, time management, and professional ethics.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification number (must be kept up to date)
- Experience in implementing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis preferred
