Job Summary
Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, supervised by Kyo’s clinical team and supported by proprietary care applications and data systems. Collaborate with therapists and BCBA trainees, mentor junior staff, and deliver a hybrid delivery model combining telehealth and in-person services. Flexible scheduling supports both full-time and part-time roles. Requires Master’s degree and active BCBA certification, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between client and business sites. Service hours are 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday, with day-to-day duties focused on clinical autonomy, client-centered care, and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel between client and business sites
- Availability to provide client support within service hours 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate clearly and participate in physical and play-based therapies
