Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training to parents and staff within Kids Club ABA in Augusta, GA. Will supervise RBTs, maintain records, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and participate in professional development. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification
- 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
