Job Summary
Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for clients while conducting assessments to adjust treatment strategies as needed. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborate with families and clinical team members to ensure high-quality care. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality care standards are met. Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA or a related field
- 2+ years of experience working with children with autism
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies
