Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with autism, conduct assessments and adjust treatment strategies as needed, supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate with families and clinical team members to ensure consistent and effective treatment, and maintain accurate documentation to deliver high-quality ABA therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in ABA or a related field
- 2+ years of experience working with children with autism
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and concepts
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
