Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, provide training to parents and staff, supervise RBTs, maintain records and documentation, collaborate with the team, participate in professional development, and pursue leadership opportunities within Kids Club ABA.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- BCBA certification
- 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA
- Strong understanding of ABA principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
