Job Summary

Conduct in-person assessments and evaluations, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and provide direct BCBA supervision to RBTs. Collaborate closely with families and caregivers while analyzing data to make real-time treatment adjustments. Requires active BCBA certification and experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in hands-on, in-person settings. Full-time and part-time options available with Monday to Friday daytime hours and flexible scheduling within your assigned caseload. Competitive hourly pay ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 plus performance and retention bonuses.
