Job Summary
Conduct in-person assessments and evaluations, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and provide direct BCBA supervision to RBTs. Analyze data to make real-time treatment adjustments while collaborating closely with families and caregivers. This role requires active BCBA certification and experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in hands-on, in-person settings.
