Job Summary
Join Judevine as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans for children with autism. Ideal candidates will conduct assessments, provide direct behavioral interventions, and ensure proper training and oversight of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). A BCBA must maintain professional relationships, document services accurately, and stay current with ethical standards and training requirements. The position offers a starting salary of $72,000 with potential for a higher salary based on experience, along with relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification
- Master’s degree in human services
- Experience and training in applied behavior analysis to children and families
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to travel in the surrounding area
- Pass family care safety registry background screening
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills
