Job Summary
Manage a caseload of 6–8 clients while maintaining a billable expectation of 28 hours by conducting functional assessments and developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis. Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians and Lead Therapists to ensure high-quality care and support professional growth. Analyze data trends, monitor treatment fidelity, and adjust programming based on client progress and clinical needs. Collaborate closely with families through parent coaching, progress updates, and ongoing support to promote consistency across settings. Lead interdisciplinary discussions, clinical team meetings, and collaborative problem-solving sessions to support each child's development.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the State of Illinois
